3 series 12.6V 20A lithium battery protection board (carrying recovery -AUTO Recovery)
Scope: nominal voltage of 3.6V, 3.7V lithium battery (including 18650,26650, lithium polymer batteries)
Size: 59 * 20 * 3.4mm
Weight: 4.3g
Charging voltage: 12.6V - 13.0V
Continuous discharge current (upper limit): 20A (if the heat radiation environment is not good, reduce the load current use)
Continuous charging current (upper limit): 10A
Standard Edition: for the starting current 40A, 65W less power drill.
Plus: The following applies to start-up current 60A, 100W less power drill.
Note 1: Successful start drill3 15C-20C require battery power, or 6 10C-15C of the power battery (not start a normal drill 18650!!!).
Note 2: in strict accordance with the wiring diagram 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, 12.6V, do not deliberately short-circuited.
Note 3: When the brush motor with a load class, must be in parallel with a positive and negative motor terminals nonpolarized capacitors (voltage above 25V, capacity 10uF-100uF), preventing reverse disturbance voltage spikes generated by the motor or the protective plate breakdown MOS transistor.
Note 4: 3 tandem cell, make sure the battery voltage of each of the same, if not the same, please re-filled individual cells in series in each group. . . Discharge test, the voltage drop faster that the battery cell is a difference.
For some customers with poor basic electronic explain: Do not mix the good battery and battery with poor use of three battery capacity / resistance as close as possible (2 + 1 differential cell battery good use of effects!! 3 = poor use of the battery).
Conditions for successfully starting the drill:
1. Requires 3 15C-20C power batteries, or 6 10C-15C power batteries. (Ordinary 18650 can`t start the drill!!)
2. The connection line between the battery pack and the protection board should be as short as possible, and the core should be as thick as possible.
3. When welding the battery for the first time, do not connect any load or any equipment to the output end.
4. If it still cannot be started, please contact the owner to tell you the solution.
