Product description:
XcmZPSeries is suitable for biomedical, meteorological and other areas of the pressure sensor, the core part of a MEMS technology is the use of pressure sensor chip processing. The pressure sensor chip consists of an elastic film and four resistors integrated on the membrane. The Four Varistors form the Wheatstone bridge structure, and when there is pressure acting on the elastic membrane, the bridge will produce a voltage output signal in a linear proportional relationship with the applied pressure.
